Automatic Glass Bottle Fruit Juice Filling Machine
The machine is special used for glass bottle beverage hot filling; adopts high speed rotary automatic bottle rinsing, bottle bottom delivery conveyor manner, gravity filling, negative pressure liquid-back, automatic control of material temperature (feed or return) rinsing//filling/capping 3-in-1 machine.

Main features:

Rinser Part:
It is rotary type, mainly sued for rinsing new bottles send the bottles to the filling machine.
Renew stainless steel clip, simple structure, convenient adjustment; small area touch with bottle mouth, avoid the secondary pollution for the bottle mouth efficiently.
Bottle rinsing machine inlet pipe equipped with pressure gauge.
Bottle rinsing machine equipped with water collector to callback rinsed water.

 

Filler Part:
We introduce into Germany technology for the filling machine, and design & manufacture by ourselves with hot filling principle.
Filling valve adopts constant pressure mechanism valve, for normal temperature or high temperature filling, filling fast and high accuracy of filling liquid level. It is adopted double guide rod structure.
With complete CIP cleaning function.
With function of beverage inlet and beverage recycle automatic control, ensure material level in filling tank, small temperature change.
 

Capper Part:
The capping rotates through reduction box drive rotational wheel, which make the cap leave the hopper with the function of centrifugal force. There is a separation device for right cap and reverse cap at the entrance, when the reverse cap passes, the cap automatically fall into and return to pipeline, and blow the reverse cap automatically to hopper through wind power. Only right cap could enter into skids smoothly, the volume of cap inside of hopper will be automatic inspected by electric switch to control cap conveyor, and that ensures best effect of cap down.
 

Cooling Machine:
The machine is single layer and single channel tunnel type cooling machine, designed for bottled or canned hot-fill beverage cooling, such as: juice drink, tea drink, soy sauce, fruit wine etc. Bottles after hot filling, entering into cooling tunnel, cooling to room temperature, removing water drops from bottle body, keep it clean and dry, that will be helpful and necessary for labeling step and packing step.

 

 

Filled Bottle Conveyor System:
Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt and engine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam. And the cushion platform can be set before labeling machine, when the label is changed, the filling machine can keep working, no need to stop and waiting. The filled product during this period will be stored by the cushion, when label changing is finished, labeling machine will label the stored product in a high speed, and producing speed recovered.
