1.1 General description
This machine is mainly composed of bottle conveyor, lifting mechanism, bottle clamping and transferring mechanism, bottle collecting platform, bottle blocking mechanism, layer plate suction and release mechanism, empty pallet conveying mechanism, board bin machine, layer plate conveying mechanism, full pallet conveying mechanism, manual platform, safety protection device and automatic control system.
The horizontal depalletizer is a special equipment for depalletizing various bottles and cans. It has the characteristics of high automation, reliable operation, and is suitable for large-scale and multi-variety production. It is an ideal equipment for eliminating backward packaging technology; it can improve the degree of automation; reduce the labor intensity of workers; prevent glass bottles and cans from being contaminated and reduce damage.
1.2 Machine operation steps
The bottle conveyor conveys the glass bottle stack to the center of the depalletizer, the array, and the photoelectric switch for detecting the full warehouse sends a signal, the bottle blocking mechanism is lifted, and the bottle collecting platform conveys the bottle array to the depalletizer bottle transfer frame. The front baffle cylinder of the bottle transfer frame moves to close the array, and the bottle transfer frame moves the array as a whole to the depalletizing position - above the pallet, and the baffle cylinder lifts the array and drops it onto the collection platform.
Then the bottle transfer frame returns to the initial position. The lifting mechanism will automatically drop one layer after each unloading, and the automatic unloading partition mechanism will suck up the empty plate and put it on the work station, repeating this action until the whole stack of products is unloaded.
When the unloading completes a set pallet height, the machine adopts PLC control, and the detection original is randomly controlled at any time, so as to ensure its normal operation and automatic protection against unexpected failures. And the packing speed can be adjusted according to the needs of production volume.
